How do payouts from completed orders work?
Stripe processes payouts directly; they take 3 business days. Our fee is deducted automatically before funds hit your account.
How do printed vouchers work with qasima?
In admin you place uniquely generated QR codes on your design and send to print, or add QR stickers to existing printed vouchers. Validity starts when a customer buys.
How are vouchers protected from abuse?
Every voucher (printed or online) has a unique QR code tied to balance, validity and other rules. Admin access uses role-based permissions.
What happens to money from unredeemed vouchers?
Up to 20% of sold voucher value is never redeemed — that is your margin and also covers our sales commission.
Can I extend a voucher if I agree with the customer?
Yes. For security, only top admin roles can extend expiry.
I already sell gift vouchers. Can I migrate codes to qasima?
Yes — we can bulk-import your existing vouchers. We need a unique ID, balance and expiry date.
